Wishing you a happy new year as we all say goodbye to the shake-up year that was 2020!
There will surely be more jolts to come in 2021, as electric Uranian energy will be the star of the show, thanks to Saturn in Aquarius, Uranus in Taurus and the sparks of tension that will be created from these fixed planets squaring one another for the year.
But Jupiter in Aquarius will offer some vision and optimism and ultimately, major breakthroughs will take place, thanks to all of these transits.
Interestingly, the last time Saturn was in Aquarius, we said hello to the internet (how’s that for progress!) and the last time Jupiter was in Aquarius, the US elected their first Black President—and the enthusiastic and progressive youth played a big part in that. These are a few clues about what’s to come for ‘21.
I suspect we’ll re-evaluate our connection to the worldwide web and aim to understand how our reliance on technology has impacted our relationship to the earth and what nourishes us. I also feel that we’ll see more of the youth uprising and protests that started during the 2020 preview of Saturn in Aquarius. The best part is that we’re entering a time where authenticity is valuable, and posturing is passé. And if nothing else, I’m excited about that.
